At FBC Florien, we want to partner with parents and families in the discipleship of their children. We believe that discipleship takes place through learning and living the truth of God’s Word, so we seek to be Gospel-centered and Word-saturated in all we do. Here are a few ways we seek to facilitate that emphasis in our weekly meetings:

The Gospel Project (Nursery through 5th grade, Sundays @ 9:45 a.m.)

The Gospel Project® is a chronological, Christ-centered Bible study for Kids, Students, and Adults that examines how all Scripture gives testimony to Jesus Christ. Over the course of three years, participants will journey from Genesis to Revelation and discover how God’s plan of redemption unfolds throughout Scripture and still today, compelling them to join the mission of God. Here’s a video previewing the curriculum:

AWANA Club (Pre-K through 5th grade, Wednesdays @ 6:30 p.m.)

AWANA is simply a tool we use to plant God’s Word deep into the hearts and minds of our kids at FBC Florien. We believe that the best thing we can do for the next generation is to foster a love for and knowledge of God’s Word, and AWANA is designed to work with parents in cultivating that in their children through an exciting, weekly gathering where fun and learning work together. Join us for our Kickoff on Wednesday, September 20th, at 6:00 p.m., or show up any Wednesday during the year to join us! Here’s a quick snapshot of the club:
